Sebastian Bandelin

Dr. Sebastian Bandelin is research assistant in the project.

In 2015, he received his doctorate in the field of political philosophy (Anerkennen als Erfahrungsprozess, 2015). He worked at the Max Weber Centre in Erfurt and, together with Gloria Freitag, developed a digital exhibition on »Philosophy in Jena during the interwar period« as part of a project funded by the state of Thuringia. His work particularly analyses issues regarding the historiography of philosophy as well as the reception of Kant and Idealism during the 19th and 20th centuries.
